How It All Works
Because of the custom nature of each session and Erika's desire to give you exactly what you are looking for in portraiture, a session consultation will be required before each session.
During the consultation Erika will ask you questions about the people/person having the session completed, your wants and needs, home decor & design options and the investment you are willing to make. Consultations can be completed in person at the studio to show you products and examples or if scheduling is difficult a phone consultation is acceptable. Consultations should only take about 15-20 minutes and give Erika a better idea of how she will design your session, images and products for you.

Q: Do you have a favorite location or activity?
A: The state fair, bowling, horseback riding, football stadium, your home or room
Q: What type of clothing?
A: Casual, dressy, business, fashion forward or contemporary
Q: Where in your home are you wanting to put your portraits?
A: Family room, bedroom, office, kitchen, hallway, or bathroom
Q: What gifts will you need to get?
A: Gift prints, gallery wrapped canvas, jewelry, album or book.
About a week or two after your session you will schedule a time to come view and order your portraits with Erika at the studio. During this appointment you will view all of the edited images and custom designed products Erika has chosen for you. At this time you will be making your selections and putting your order together. All decision makers will need to be present during this appointment.
All portrait packages are custom built to fit your needs, we do not try to make you fit into a pre-designed package. To get your order moving along you must apply a payment, half of your balance, due at the time of order and your remaining order balance must be paid in full before you will receive your portrait products. Payment plans are available and no interest is applied. You will be completely 100% happy with your decision before you leave. Portrait products will then take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to be finished and ready for pick-up.
